A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the following: The remodel will
provide (3) new single user restrooms ((2) ADA & (1) non-ADA) which will be tied into existing
infrastructure remaining from previous demo of women’s restroom consisting of all new fixtures and
finishes. Remodel will involve the reconfiguration of the existing restroom walls and storage closet with the
existing IT closet having no new work. New exhaust ducting will tie into existing above new dropped hardlid
as well as the relocation of the existing FCU into the new corridor.
